Will I get paid?
- Think about it this way: You won’t get paid right now, but this position is more likely to lead to a higher-paying job in the future than a minimum wage job right now.
- An internship is an investment. Investments pay off in the future, and the purpose of college is preparing for the future. You can take a job with an immediate payoff, or you can invest in yourself with an experience that will prepare you for a career.
